Joshua Bravo is a vocal music student at Fresno State University. He is an active solo vocalist with aspirations to perform professionally. Bravo was a member in the All-National choral ensembles and recently completed a national tour with his band, The National Debt, playing guitar, bass, piano, ukulele, and accordion in various live performances. Bravo has also had the opportunity to work with in masterclass settings with various professional solo artists in the opera genre; Baritone Igor Viera, and Canadian Opera singer Gerald Finley. In addition, he also performed in many choral ensembles under the direction of Julie Dana (FCC) and Cari Earnhart (FSU). Moreover, he just recently was a winner in the 2021 Art Song Festival at Fresno State University, an international event. You can hear Bravo every morning on 105.1, The Blaze and Q97.
Carissa Hall teaches voice and violin. She is a classically trained vocalist in both classical and Broadway styles. Hall is a graduate of Fresno City College, holding an Associate’s degree in Vocal Music and currently attends Fresno State. She has been playing the violin/fiddle for 14 years, focusing on American fiddle styles, and branching into Celtic music and classical violin. Hall plays locally in the Fresno City College String Ensemble, as well as for the Irish dance group “Celtic Motion”.
