Instructors

Joseph Bermudez – Clarinet/Saxophone:

Joseph has played the saxophone since the age of 9. In high school he was a part of FMCMEA honor band and Kingsburg High’s Wind Ensemble and Jazz band. At Fresno City College he was again a member of the Wind Ensemble and Jazz band in addition to being named first chair player of NCCCHB. When he enrolled at Fresno State, Joseph was named principal clarinet in Symphonic Band, as well as playing saxophone and principal bass clarinet in Wind Orchestra. The styles in which he specializes are classical and jazz.

Harry McComb – Saxophone:

Harry has 11 years of experience playing all kinds of saxophones for musical honor bands across the state and county. He is currently attending CSU-Fresno and participating in the Jazz Band and Wind Ensemble. The styles in which Harry specializes are jazz, improvisation, and classical.

Lisette has been playing the flute for nine years. At Tulare Union, she was the flute section leader and woodwind captain. She also took on the role of drum major for three years. Currently, this is Lisette’s second year playing piccolo for the Fresno State Bulldog Marching Band and Basketball Band, as well as flute for the Fresno State Symphonic Band.
