Jeff LaRose – Trumpet:

Jeff has been playing the trumpet for many years and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in music performance with an emphasis on trumpet from CSU Fresno. He also marched in the Concord Blue Devils “A” Drum and Bugle Corps, and currently teaches music for a middle school in Central Unified.

Miguel has been playing trumpet for over eight years, with Mr. Daniel Peña (High School) and currently with Dr. Nathan Sobieralski at Fresno State University. He is one year away from achieving a Bachelors degree in Instrumental Music Education. Aside from studying music, Miguel has also been the visual caption head for the Sanger High School marching band for the last two years and frequently works with the brass sections. He performs and teaches mostly in the classical style, but has also performed in several other genres like jazz and pop, and can adjust the curriculum to accommodate any student’s needs.

Niko East – Trombone:

Niko is pursuing his Music Education degree at CSU Fresno, and is currently a member of the Fresno State Scholarship Band, Bulldog Beat. He has also performed with Fresno State’s Bulldog Marching Band, Jazz Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra, and Symphonic Band. Additionally, Niko has played in both the Concert Band and Jazz Band at the College of Sequoias. In 2011, Niko was a selected to perform with the Nor-Cal Community College Honor Band.
